Terms & Conditions

We will always endeavor to be as fair & reasonable as possible if you have to move your course date due to unforeseen circumstances, however as our courses are fully booked weeks or even months in advance and candidates often have to wait for availability on some courses, we have to be strict with our terms of booking.

For cancellation of booking, if the request is received 2 weeks or more before the start date then a £75 administration fee is applicable. For cancellations received 1-2 weeks before the start date, a 50% cancellation fee is payable. For cancellations received less than 1 week before start date the full fee is payable. Substitutions will be accepted at any time without extra charge. If a transfer of date is required to a later date then this will be accepted without any extra charge once only. If the date is required to be transferred again or is then cancelled this will incur the administration fee of £75 only if the request is received 2 weeks or more before the start date, whereas the above cancellation terms apply.

ECOSkies Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course or venue. In this case, the full fee will be returned unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged
