The course carries nationally recognised certification covers all aspects of the electrical installation through to certification & commissioning.

Logic Certification - Domestic Installers Certificate of Competence
ECO 4002 -electrical installation of domestic wind powered small scale embedded generators
Duration: 8 Days
Course Content
 Applicable Building Regulations
 Electrical Safety legislation, regulations standards and terminology
 Pre work survey/inspection
 Safe isolation procedures
 Identification of unsafe electrical situations
 Cable and component selection
 Installing and/or rerouting cables
 Installation of electrical components
 Checking the correct and safe operation of installed electrical components
 Earthing and bonding requirements
 Electrical test procedures
 Recording of electrical test results and completion of certification

 Siting for best performance
 Structural Survey
 Fixing & Mounting Methods
 Hilti Chemical Fixing (including Hilti Certification)
 Safe isolation procedures
 Installation of electrical components
 Checking the correct and safe operation of installed electrical components
 Earthing and bonding requirements
 Electrical test procedures
 Recording of test results and completion of certification
Entry Requirements: Electrical experience equivalent to domestic installer certificate of competence

The course costs include examination entry fees, a choice of meals from our lunch menu and refreshments throughout the day.
Advanced Course
This course is for anyone whom has already completed the intermediate course and covers more advanced installation methods including through the roof mounting and pole mounting. This course also covers more advanced inverter systems and battery charge systems.
Duration: 2 Days
